Overview
Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), India’s maiden financial services centre in India is guided by Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist-Financing and Know Your Customer Guidelines published by the unified regulator International Financial Service Centers Authority (IFSCA).
The workshop on Anti-Money Laundering Regulatory Obligations for IFSCA Regulated Entities by Fintelekt was designed to assist entities who have set up operations within GIFT city to deepen their understanding of AML/CFT/KYC obligations and fine-tune their AML/CFT/KYC programmes to meet regulatory expectations better.
Participants can expect to take away practical strategies and insights for enhancing AML compliance, gain from best practices and experiences from interactions with industry experts and peers, and ensure greater preparedness in view of India’s upcoming Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Mutual Evaluation.

Participation Fees
- 1 Participant: INR 11,000 plus GST per person
- 2 - 4 Participants: INR 9,500 plus GST per person
- 5+ Participants: INR 8,000 plus GST per person
Terms
- Lunch and refreshments during the workshop are included in the fees.
- Payment to be made before start date of the programme. Fintelekt reserves the right to deny entry to the participant if payment has not been received before the start of the workshop.
- The training programme is subject to a minimum number of participants and may be cancelled by Fintelekt at its discretion, without liability, if this criterion is not met. In such instances, Fintelekt will offer the participants credit for a future programme, or a full refund.
- Cancellations are not allowed. Substitutions are welcome, but must be communicated by email at least two working days before the workshop.
- Additional 18% GST is applicable on the fees.
