Fintelekt organised a Workshop on Risk-Based Customer Due Diligence on January 23, 2024 in Mumbai.

The full day session was conducted by Charan Rawat, Trainer at Fintelekt, and was attended by employees from more than 12 financial institutions in India, including banks, insurance and asset management companies.

Charan helped participants understand how and when to apply customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence measures in line with a risk-based approach and in accordance with regulatory directives. Group case studies ensured practical application and interactions.
