Terms & Conditions for Fintelekt Workshops
These terms and conditions apply for, both, in-person as well as virtual public workshops organised by Fintelekt Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (Fintelekt) and sold through Fintelekt’s website https://www.fintelekt.com or an event management platform/website used by Fintelekt for this purpose.
- Payment Policy
- Payment must be received by Fintelekt in full before the start date of the training workshop through the payment options provided by Fintelekt for each training workshop.
- Discounts, if any, may be availed and are applicable only at the time of payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
- A receipt will be sent to you by email from Fintelekt, or the event management platform or the payment aggregator used by Fintelekt confirming payment. The event management platform as well as the company facilitating the payment will receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligation not to disclose this information to third parties. Please note that if you do not provide accurate details while making payment, or if your credit card company does not authorise payment, your application will be deemed void. Fintelekt will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
- Fintelekt reserves the right to deny entry to any participant whose payment has not been received before the start of the workshop.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Participant-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted for either in-person or virtual training workshops. No refunds will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations.
- Substitutions: If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be nominated by the organisation. Substitutions must be communicated in writing to our email (contact@fintelekt.com):
- At least three (3) working days before the start of an in-person workshop.
- At least one (1) working day before the start of a virtual workshop.
- Refund or credit will not be provided if the participant fails to attend the workshop without giving prior notice to Fintelekt
- Fintelekt-Initiated Cancellations: If Fintelekt cancels a training workshop due to insufficient registrations or other internal reasons, registered participants will be offered the choice of the following:
- A credit valid for six (6) months from the cancellation date, redeemable (up to the value of the original price) against any upcoming Fintelekt training workshop. A Fintelekt representative will get in touch with the participant within seven (7) working days to coordinate the credit issuance and the redemption process.
- OR, a full refund, which will be processed within ten (10) working days to the participant’s bank account.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method wherever possible.
- For refunds through international SWIFT transfers, additional documentation may be required (such as an invoice for refund, proof of payment, bank details, and participant identity verification).
- Any travel or stay costs incurred in such circumstances are entirely the participant’s responsibility. Fintelekt does not accept any liability for reimbursement of such costs.
- Substitutions: If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be nominated by the organisation. Substitutions must be communicated in writing to our email (contact@fintelekt.com):

- Postponement Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
- If the workshop cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Fintelekt’s control (e.g., natural disasters, political disruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events), it will be postponed, and new dates will be announced.
- Participation fees will be retained in a credit shell, which can be used for:
- The rescheduled workshop on the new date.
- OR, any other Fintelekt training workshops within six (6) months of the original workshop date.
- General Terms
- Fintelekt reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, format, or content of the training workshop as necessary.
- For virtual workshops, joining instructions are sent upon payment through the registered email id for each participant. A unique email id needs to be furnished for each participant, so that their attendance can be uniquely tracked. If joining instructions are not received by participants due to restrictions imposed by organisations for external emails, Fintelekt will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions. Refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.
- Fintelekt reserves the right to remove any participant from a training workshop on account of inappropriate behaviour by Fintelekt or its trainers. In these circumstances, no refund of fees will be issued.
- Participants will receive access to slides or other material shared during the workshop, recording and participation certificate for the workshop. The material will be available for a finite duration, as communicated by Fintelekt for the particular workshop.
- The copyright for all content presented and provided during Fintelekt workshops, along with access to slides, recordings or any other material provided in text or audio form belongs to Fintelekt Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. No content in whole or in part may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, or linked to in any way without the prior permission of Fintelekt. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Fintelekt’s intellectual property rights.
- Use of external AI-based tools for live transcription are not permitted during workshops. Any participant found to be using such tools will be first warned and removed if they continue with the use of the tool. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
- Fintelekt does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training workshops including training materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Fintelekt. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
- By registering for a Fintelekt workshop, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable governing laws in the state of Maharashtra, India.
